It's a better navigator
Using the CorridorCut function, your Robotic Lawnmower mows narrow passages and even dead ends down to 60 cm without any problems. And at the end of a dead-end path the mowing robot automatically turns around and mows back.

Quick and easy installed
A programming assistant will help you with installing your SILENO city. Input your lawn size and preferred mowing times in the intuitive menu and it will calculate the mowing plan accordingly to which the SILENO city operates. Complex calculations and programming are not required. Of course, the mowing plan can be modified or adjusted when necessary.
SensorControl – keeping an eye out for you
The SILENO city models are also equipped with the SensorControl function: The intelligent cutting system automatically adjusts the mowing time based on grass growth.

The spot cutting feature, a spiral mowing function, makes the SILENO city ideal for hard-to-reach areas such as under trampolines or garden furniture — doing the hard work for you!

The clever frost sensor detects temperatures close to the freezing point and suspends the mowing plan to protect your lawn.
Easy cleaning
The GARDENA SILENO city has been constructed so that simple spraying with the garden hose thoroughly frees housing, blades and wheels of dirt, dust and residual grass.
Safe and sound
The boundary wire determines the mowing area flexibly and yet reliably – ensuring that the Robotic Lawnmower only mows the areas specified. Highly sensitive collision sensors ensure that the Robotic Lawnmower is not stopped by garden obstacles. When the tool is lifted, another set of sensors make the blades stop immediately, thus preventing injuries.
Control via smart App for Android and iOS
The mowing times can also be set via smart App and aligned with the irrigation times of the smart Water Control. The smart Gateway ensures central networking, which creates an internet connection using an existing router. In this way, it acts as the core of the smart system to permit cable-free network communications between all GARDENA smart system devices in the garden and the GARDENA smart App.

The SILENO delivers high performance and convenient mowing, thanks to its quiet engine your neighbours won't even notice when the mowing robot goes into action. The SILENO city gets on with its mowing job on its own, whatever the weather, rain or shine. The lawn always looks wonderfully well-manicured. The CorridorCut system ensures that even narrow spaces from 60 cm and dead ends are mowed perfectly. This saves you having to mow the narrow sections in the garden yourself. Thanks to the SensorControl function for grass growth your robot lawnmower can determine itself how often it mows. It decides by the height of the grass if it is a good moment for mowing – or not. The SILENO city keeps the stalks accurately to length and you can enjoy your leisure time. The boundary wire indicates to the SILENO city which area of the lawn should be mowed and the guide wire directs the robotic mower reliably and fully automatically around all mowing areas, even through bottlenecks, and back to the charging station. It mows completely autonomously; this means more relaxation for you and time to really enjoy your garden without the chore of cutting the grass. Even gradients of up to 35 percent are no problem. The SILENO city can be cleaned easily with a garden hose, it couldn't be simpler.
