We offer a comprehensive service and repair service at our store in Kilkenny. Provided parts are readily available to us we can service or repair most makes and models. Unfortunately this is not always the case with certain brands so please call us to check if you are unsure.

As we have a very seasonal business the workshop is at it's busiest from March - June so we do recommend you skip the queue by bringing in your machines for a health check and service before you need it in the coming Spring!

Workshop Labour Rates 2023

Labour - €70 per hour incl. vat @ 13.5%

(Minimum charge of €30)

Machine fault diagnosis - €40 incl. vat (This goes off total cost if we carry out repair)

Service Pricing 2023 incl. vat (incl. labour & service parts)

Tractor mower - €250

Walk behind mower - €95

Chainsaw incl. sharpen - €80

Grass strimmer - €70

Hedge trimmer including sharpen - €90

Mower Servicing, what’s included?

Depending on the type of lawnmower it may differ slightly but generally a service from us will include

• Clean the machine
• Visual inspection
• Replace fuel filter
• Replace air filter
• Replace oil filter
• Change oil
• Sharpen blade(s)
• Check pulleys, brakes, belts, guards etc
• Clean & grease cables
• Clean and grease axle / wheels
• Final start and check machine
