The Patton Kamado 21’’ meat and pizza is a continuation of the classic Kamado design, utilising a ceramic shell the grill is able to withstand temperatures of up to 1000⁰ C. Kamado cookers are extremely versatile and the 21’’ meat and pizza take this and expands upon it, not only can they be used for grilling or smoking but also savoury pizzas, bread, pies and cookies can be baked effortlessly upon them.
Due to excellent heat retention qualities, high temperatures can be maintained, ideal for fast cooking burgers and steaks. Low heats may also be kept constant over a long period of time with minimal effort and attendance allowing for slow cooking and the creation of tender and tasty joints of meat. The temperature can be easily regulated through the ventilation grille on the underside.
The integrated bluetooth “smart thermometer” also allows you to view the temperature of your cooking on your phone. Foldable and easily removable side-tables facilitate space for already cooked meats. Also includes a chassis with wheels allowing for easy mobility.
