The Suzuki DF100BL Outboard - 100HP Long Shaft (508mm) is a compact, stylish and lightweight outboard weighing just 157kg. This outboard engine has the largest reduction gear ratio with an offset driveshaft for compact body.
The DF100BL features Suzuki's anti corrosion finish with specially formulated to protect your outboard from exposure to salt and fresh water. The maintenance free timing chain runs through an oil bath so it never needs to be lubricated. A hydraulic tensioner means the chain is properly adjusted at all times.
A water detection system is used to protect the engine from water in the fuel. The water detecting fuel filter alerts the operator with both visual and audio warning alarms when there is water in the fuel.
A tilt limit system provides the ultimate convenience with a stress free start. This also acts as an immobiliser to help deter theft.
This unique model uses the Lean burn fuel control technology to predict fuel needs from the engines operating conditions. This results in improved fuel efficiency.
