The STIGA 598W Mulch Plug is compatible with the STIGA 598W and some other models, please contact us if you are unsure

When the Mulching Plug is fitted this blocks the discharge hole in the lawnmower deck. The freshly cut grass is then held under the lawnmower deck rather than being collected in the grassbag. Here it is cut into very small pieces and blown back into the grass to act as a natural fertilizer for your lawn.
