The Patton Kamado Grill -55CCE360 is perfect for both experienced and new barbecue enthusiasts and is made of a ceramic shell. These charcoal fueled devices are modern versions of the Japanese Kamado. The shape of the Patton Kamado 21" Grill -55CCE360 allows for moisture to be retained, thus keeping the meat juicy and giving the meat a smokey taste even over long cooking durations and, most importantly of all ensuring the meat does not get dried out. Due to the heat retention of the Patton Kamado Grill -55CCE36, a small amount of coal can last up to several hours allowing you the flexibility to sear, slow cook and bake all with the same batch of coal! The large amount of heat retained is also distributed evenly inside the Kamado 21" Grill due to the shape, ensuring your meat is evenly cooked.

The stainless steel grill can be easily removed and cleaned prevent any build up of grease stains. The Patton Kamado 21" Grill -55CCE360, also comes with two large side-tables ideal for preparing and plating up your BBQ. They can also be folded down when not in use to save space. Plus, the Patton Kamado 21" Grill comes with chassis and wheels allowing you to transport it around the garden with ease. The front two of these wheels have a locking function preventing your grill from moving whilst you are trying to rustle up some great BBQ for family and friends.

An adjustable slide plate at the base enables precise temperature and air flow control while a wooden handle at the top of the Patton Kamado 21" Grill -55CCE360 which stays cool allowing you to handle the grill even at very high temperatures.
